Ice Flow
Ice Flow is taught by Elin Schran at the Skating Club of Boston.
“IceFlow is a gentle, yoga-inspired edge class designed specifically for adult skaters of all skill levels.
“The goal is to connect leaning, twisting and stretching movements with the breath as we flow with each other across the ice to music.”
The skater’s speed and edges create beautiful moving lines.

Melina at Byblos! with the Ed Melikan Ensemble
The old train depot in Worcester has been restored, rescuing another architectural gem. Inside is Middle Eastern restaurant, Byblos, with a spacious dance floor. The lighting is much too dark for my camera so I had to resort to using flash when I wanted to photograph the incomparable Melina dancing with the Ed Melikan Ensemble.

Flying Poodles Big Sexy Circus
I photographed these talented performers from the Flying Poodles Big Sexy Circus at the Amsterdam Bar in St. Paul, MN. on April 25, 2013.
The show was very funny and the skill level of the performers in aerials, acrobatics, hooping, and dancing was impressive.

This Side of Paradise – History Theater
“This Side of Paradise” at the History Theater is one of those excellent productions we need to see more of. The play tells the story of Zelda and Scott Fitzgerald through Zelda’s perspective while being treated for mental illness in a sanitorium. Multiple Zeldas – Zelda as a girl, Zelda as a debutante, Zelda as a wife, Zelda as a patient – appear on stage.
