The Cape Ann peninsula is quintessential New England: rocky coast, beaches, fishing, history, old New England architecture, artists’ colonies, and, of course, lobster!!

The new Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport is a gem with its glass wall overlooking the ocean. If you don’t have one already, get a ticket to one of the Rockport Chamber Music concerts. Their state of the art HD theater projection also make this, in my opinion, the best place to watch HD broadcasts of the Met Opera.
Here are some of my photographic impressions of Bears Neck Cove, Rockport.

Well, Smart Alice, these Rockport images are quite unique. Your attention to detail, finding an angle not typically chosen, even opting for a totally different tonal choice all came together with this set of images.
I love the images you took on this beautiful day in Rockport. Are you perhaps a graphic artist? Nice lines and color.
Great shots from a nice day, and good work with them. I like the house with flowering tree (how did I miss that?) Celebrate!
Nice job! I particularly like the crab photo….I never seen any live sea creatures!!
